Bachche ko chhoti chhoti cheezon se help karna, care dikhana aur dusron ke liye kindness practice karna sikhane ke liye yeh activity bahut useful hai. Yeh bachchon me social awareness aur empathy develop karti hai.

📝 How to Play (Steps)
1- Parents... ek plain sheet of paper lein.
2- Bachche ka haath us paper par rakhein aur hand outline trace karein (pencil/marker se).
3- Har finger par ek helping action likhein ya draw karein. Example:

👍 Thumb – “Share toys”
☝ Index – “Say Thank You”
✌ Middle – “Help Mom & Dad”
✋ Ring – “Be kind to friends”
🤚 Little finger – “Take care of pets/plants”

4- Bachche se poochhein ki woh aur kaun si helping cheezein add karna chahta hai.
5- Chart ko wall ya fridge par chipka dein jisse bachcha daily yaad rakhe aur follow kare.

Yeh ek simple aur fun activity hai jo bachchon ko apne surroundings ke prati aware banati hai. Jab bachche shant hokar dhyaan se sunte hain, toh unka focus aur patience dono improve hota hai.

📝 How to Play
1- Parents bachche ko ek comfortable... jagah par bithayein (room, balcony ya garden me).
2- Bachche ko boliye ki woh sirf 1 minute ke liye bilkul chup baithkar aas-paas ki awaazon ko dhyaan se sune.
3- 1 minute ke baad bachche se poochhiye –
👉 “Tumne kaun kaun si awaazein suni?”
(Jaise fan ki awaaz, clock tick-tick, birds, gaadi ki horn, footsteps, etc.)
4- Parents gently encourage karein ki bachcha apni list me maximum awaazon ko yaad kare.
