- Safety/Disciplinary Records: As required by school policy
- Academic Work: Until the end of the school year + 1 year
- Login/Usage Data: 90 days maximum
Automatic Deletion:
- Passed students' accounts are deleted after 1 year
- Inactive accounts are removed after 2 years
- Temporary files are deleted daily
- Backup data follows the same retention schedule
